Founders' note
Why we're building Recenzi
I run marketing at a ServPro franchise.
Every month, on the first Monday, I open a Google Sheet. I scroll through the last 30 days of reviews. I count which of our staff names show up — Carlos, Jessica, Andrew, Brandon — and how many times. I tag the 5-star mentions, the 4-star mentions, the negative mentions. Then I tally points, multiply them by the bonus value our owner agreed to, and email the report to payroll.
It takes about four hours.
When I tell other marketing leads at franchise meetups, half of them have the same spreadsheet. The other half wish they did and just give out flat bonuses that don't reflect who actually drove the reviews.
That was the first gap I noticed. It wasn't the last.
The questions I keep answering in my head
Every multi-location operator has a folder full of questions they keep answering with their gut:
- Do the locations with the most reviews actually get the most calls?
- Does posting move impressions, or does it just feel productive?
- When a 1-star lands, do calls dip the next week? At every location, or just some?
- Why does my Phoenix location rank for "water damage" and my Tucson location rank for "carpet cleaning" — when they sell the same services?
- Which of my 47 locations is quietly slipping, and on what?
The tools I've evaluated give me dashboards. They show me what happened. None of them connect the signals — the review, the post, the keyword, the photo, the call, the booked job — and tell me what actually moved the number.
That's the gap. Not "another review dashboard." A correlation engine.
What Recenzi is
Recenzi is six workspaces that share one brain:
- Reviews & sentiment. Every review across every location, themed and correlated to calls.
- Staff attribution. The four hours of bonus calculation gone. With the math from mention to dollar.
- Posts & content. Did the post do anything? With sample sizes that matter.
- Keywords & discovery. Why this location ranks for what — and what to feed paid search and SEO content.
- Calls & revenue closure. From tap to answered to booked, with the trigger attached.
- Anomalies & cross-location. Not "calls dropped 28%." Why.
You make the call. We make sure you're calling it on the data.
Founding partners
We're inviting 25 multi-location operators into a founding partner cohort. Half off both the platform fee and the per-location data line for 12 months — locked in. In exchange, you give us monthly feedback and let us write a case study when you're happy. After 12 months your founding rate is locked in for as long as you stay with us.
If you've ever opened that spreadsheet — you know the one — apply here.
